Behavior Technician (BT)
BT roles are hourly and typically start as part time, with opportunities to add cases / sessions after gaining experience on our team. Weekly schedules are created collaboratively and according to staff preferences, availability and caseload fit. CBT licensing is provided and a college degree is not required. BTs receive extensive ongoing training and mentorship. Although we are not actively hiring BTs at this time, you are welcome to share your interest in working with our team by submitting a Behavior Technician Candidate Information Form and/or emailing our Director of Clinical Operations, Erin.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
